Pauline Ning Brody has been appointed by the Board of Directors to lead the organization through its transition. Pauline is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Center.

Pauline is a cross-cultural consultant to companies with a diverse work force and to companies doing business in Asia. Pauline brings tremendous personal and work experience to consulting. She retired from Colgate-Palmolive, where she was Director of Global Sales. Her 14 years at Colgate included assisting in the start-up of operations in China, development of global sales and distribution strategies, and improvement of global business processes. Prior to Colgate, Pauline spent 18 years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of functions, including manufacturing, marketing and international product management. While she was Manager of Corporate Quality Office, Xerox won the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. Born in Shanghai, China, Pauline also lived in Hong Kong and Pakistan before arriving in the U.S. for college when she was 17. She went on to get a BA in Chemistry from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, an MA in Science Education and an MBA in Finance and Marketing, both from the University of Rochester. Pauline speaks for Chinese dialects and a smattering of Urdu.
